Two things realy the whole third world mess thing mentioned in the last bag o' mail is a bunch o' crap. Common what is the U.S. supposed to go out and help the world or is it supposed to take care of itself first? Plus so since they are poor they can't know anything about medicine? come come now since when has throwing money at the problem ever worked all it tends to do is creat a govt. buerocracy that never solves the problem cause if it did it would be out of a job.
